GVT team will guide and assists students in their application process from start to finish, including in advising students the necessary documents required by each institution and embassy for a student visa.

OUR ASSESSMENT

Our assessment will depend on your nationality and the current visa requirements. We will take you through the GTE (genuine temporary entry) and financial capacity requirements to ensure you meet the institution and the visa requirements before your application is accepted by us to make sure we have a successful application.

7 STEPS TO GET IT DONE

1. We provide free counselling services to help students select the institution that meets their education budget and career goals. Our education team can also negotiate with the institution for flexible payment plans.
2. Once all the requirements are met, all application forms dated and signed by the student and supporting certified documents are promptly forwarded to the appropriate institutions for processing.
3. Once the application is processed, we will receive your letter of offer.
4. Students accept the offer and meet the conditions set on the offer letter. They send their required tuition payment directly to the institution and forward us the proof of payment.
5. We receive the student confirmation of enrollment.
6. We assist in the submission of visa applications.
7. We assist students in acquiring our special discount airline tickets and offer exclusive packages such as airport transfers and temporary accommodation for your first week at the destination.

STEP 1 Begin your online application: GTE, Interview and Documents Verification

Click the below link to complete the GTE application form and schedule your Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) interview.

You will need the following to complete the application form:

1. Passport Details
2. Previous and current employment details
3. All education background information
4. Travel / Previous Visa Application information
5. Family details if applicable
6. IELTS Details if applicable

STEP 2 Complete the Study Abroad Application, upload documents and verification.

After passing your GTE assessment and interview, you will be sent a link to finish your application and upload your documents for the admissions process.

(Only documents legalized / verified by recognize authority will be accepted)

To assess your eligibility, our staff will cross-check your GTE Form, Statement of Purpose, document authentication, financial documents, and interview. When all of the above requirements have been satisfied, we will send your entire application and documentation to the institutions as quickly as possible.

Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your application and documents, you will receive an email with instructions for claiming your identity (username and password) to access the STUDENT PORTAL and the APPLICATION PROCESS SYSTEM, which will allow you to track the whole application process.
